The past couple of weeks have been astonishing and sad. To hear of the death of Michael Jackson. Like so many others I was a huge Michael Jackson fan and grew up with him. His death was truly a shock. I was sure there would be a lot of coverage after and leading up to the memorial service. But, I had know I idea how huge Michael really was until his death he was truly loved by millions in many countries.
Although he had his trouble with the law, no one really new what happened, all we new is that he made very questionable decisions. Having sad that. How did a man of this magnitude end up practically broke? How and why? Were the people around him looking out for his best interest? It doesn't appear that they were. That makes the situation very sad.
Also, on the opposite side I have to say for a entertainer, icon and a humanitarian to be this unbelievably huge is amazing to me. I think the media is really going overboard now with the coverage, even after the memorial service. Enough already. If and when someone is charged then open the flood gates. Until then let him rest in peace. Michael seems to be getting more coverage than past Presidents that have died. That seems to be a bit much.
